Hammerin' Harry Arcade PCB, known in Japan as Daiku no Gen-san, is a series of platforming video games developed and published by Irem in 1990.
This high-energy game begins with the protagonist, Harry, being left homeless after the Rusty Nail Corporation demolishes his home and then seeking out the corporation at all levels to destroy them with a giant hammer.
The hammer is the only weapon Harry gets in the game and can be used to block things and cause minor earthquakes that stun enemies when it hits the ground as well.
There are a total of six stages in the game, each of which contains breakable objects such as boxes and bricks, which can be used to damage enemies. It can also be used to set other objects in motion to damage enemies, such as pipes, etc.
The final boss is the greedy business owner who sits in a hovering wheelchair and throws deadly dollar bills at the protagonist.
Hammerin’ Harry is an arcade classic and the Hammerin’ Harry PCB is perfect for players looking to fill out their classic collection or for those building a DIY project machine.
