Placing an order with us is easy. There is no need to create an account first. An account will be created for you during the checkout process.


You can browse products directly through our categories which are listed on the left side of our site. A keyword search box is also located on the bottom of our site. When you find an item that interests you, click the title, name or picture of the item to see the detailed product information page.


Just click the "Add to cart" button on the items product information page. Once you have added an item to your shopping cart, a new page will be displayed with confirmation. You can now continue browsing for other products or choose to proceed to Checkout. You can also access the contents of your Shopping Cart and Checkout at any time by clicking the "Shopping Cart" icon at the top of every page on the website.


The current availability of a product is the lead time until that item will be ready to be dispatched. Please note that times are estimates only. Please always keep in mind that this is not the time until you receive the shipment but the time until we dispatch it.

In Stock – Item is in stock ready for immediate shipment
2-4 weeks – Usually ships within 2-4 weeks
4-6 weeks – Usually ships within 4-6 weeks
Superseded – This product is no longer available


For orders less than $30 USD, there will be a $12 USD packing and handling fee added to your order. The Packing and Handling Fee is to cover labour costs, carton and packing costs, and is non negotiable. Please note that the Packing and Handling fee is in addition to the freight charged for the Product(s).
