17 Inch open frame LCD Monitor/Panel which can accept a VGA/SVGA/XGA/SXGA Input and output at a maximum SVGA 1280x1024 resolution. Ideal as a replacement monitor for any VGA arcade / gaming machines, kiosk or superceded CRT monitors.
If you wish to connect a lower resolution 15k/25k arcade game to the monitor, this is possible through the use of our Arcade Video Converter Board, which converts 15khz CGA and 25khz EGA games into a signal which can be displayed on the LCD screen. The VESA plug & play system allows the monitor to automatically adjust itself to the match the frequency of the user's device. For users connecting this model to a computer it uses Display Data Channel (DDC) to send Extended Display Identification Data (EDID) to the computer, so the computer system can be set to monitor auto adjust. This model of monitor will auto adjust itself to enhance the picture quality of the device connected to it. As well as self test function which will check to ensure all functions of the monitor are working properly.
Power control system, also called Power Saver, is installed inside the LCD Monitor. If the monitor has not been used for a certain period of time, the system will turn the monitor to low voltage mode to save power. Slight moving or any click will return to the original image. The LCD Monitor is compatible with EPA ENERGY STAR and N TEK if used with a VESA DPMS computer.
