For freight courier purposes, we need 2 contact phone numbers (phone, fax, mobile) in case there is a problem with your main contact number. If the courier is not able to get in touch with you, cargo will be returned back to our warehouse at extra costs
This is the default contact, and all notifications will be sent to you.
We can send invoices, shipping tracking numbers, order updates to your colleagues. If you would like accounts department or shipping department to keep informed for orders and status, please add their details.
If your bill to and ship to addresses are the same, please leave as the default "use above details for shipping". However if you would like the goods sent to different warehouse please fill in the new shipping address.

We currently use Hong Kong Post Office and Fedex for all our shipping. Depending on the country, different couriers will offer better rates. Please choose from;
Lowest Freight Cost: this offers no tracking number, and normally the longest transit time, but with the lowest freight cost.
Lowest Freight Costs with tracking: you are able to track the status online for this shipment and receive exact delivery dates.
If you have your own courier (Fedex, DHL, etc.) please enter your details including the account number. Please make sure you have an international account. When using your account you can also choose to accept courier's insurance.
These instructions will always be a default setting for all your orders. Some examples include;
Insurance is available for all shipments with tracking, and covers goods in transit. For example, you have purchased parts value of $5,000usd plus $500usd courier costs, and the cargo has been lost. If you have chosen insurance, we will cover the full loss of $5,500usd.
Please note that if you do not choose insurance, any loss is fully sustained by you. Generally the courier companies offers limited liability with most up to a value of $100usd or the cost of transport only.
