Return Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for any reason within 30 days. Buy with confidence as we stand behind our products and service. But please note;
Returning Policy: Defective Items "Dead on Arrival" Unless you have purchased a product which is sold "as-is / without warranty", we gladly accept defective products within 30 days of the shipping date to you. At the sole discretion of Arcade Spare Parts Ltd, we will issue a credit note, send a new replacement item, or repair the product. All costs associated with the return back to our warehouse is to be paid by you, and we will pay for the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you. We will work together with you to solve all problems quickly. However, all returns must be authorized via our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number system. Returning Policy: Non-Defective Items We accept returns for new and unused spare parted returned in their original packaging, within 30 days of the shipping date to you. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will apply on all returned (unless written approval was given by our sales team prior to your purchase, for example, allowing you to test the product and if not suitable exchange for different model). We will not accept used, damaged, or missing items. Please take care before returning any products. All returns must be authorized via our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number system. Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) All goods being returned need to be approved by Arcade Spare Parts Ltd through an RMA. This number is very important because it allows our warehouse manager to quickly process your return and keep you informed when the goods arrive and status. Without this RMA number, your goods will NOT be accepted. When returning goods, please always display the RMA number on the package and enclose the RMA form inside the carton/package. To apply for an RMA number, please contact one of our sales staff. All returns to be sent to; Arcade Spare Parts Limited RMA Department, Flat 17E, Skyline Tower, 14-18 Tong Mi Road, Mongkok, Hong Kong All returns must be shipped freight, prepaid, and have a tracking number. Customers are responsible for using reputable carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customers agree to bear the risk of loss for the product during return shipment. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted by Arcade Spare Parts Ltd. |
