Shipping and Delivery
We ship all our items with FedEx couriers, EMS or Airmail, and you are able to select your preferred courier during checkout. Each method has different advantages and its best to consider what is most suitable to your needs.

Shipping rates depend on your delivery location, selected courier, as well as the weight and dimension of the products you have chosen. The shipping charge for your order will be displayed during the Checkout process before confirming your order. We post internationally to all countries.

Delivery Times & Couriers

Please review the different couriers and services that they provide below;

Federal Express
• premium service
• offers online tracking and also the ability to phone Federal Express directly and talk with an operator about the status of your package
• signature needed when goods delivered
• transit times from 1-4 days

EMS Service
• using Hong Kong and your country's postal service
• offers online tracking (most countries)
• signature needed when goods delivered
• transit times from 1-5 days

Airmail Service (Registered)

• using Hong Kong and your country's postal service
• economy service
• limited tracking – most times it can show when the goods have left the country or arrived into a country but does not give detailed tracking (such as Federal Express where it can inform you on each of the transit steps)
• signature needed when goods delivered
• transit times from 5-35 days (depending on your country's postal service)

Airmail Service (Regular)
• using Hong Kong and your country's postal service
• economy service
• no tracking available
• no signature needed when goods delivered
• transit times from 5-35 days

Comparing Different Freight Services

Our best advice is to review each courier and check what is most suitable for you. If you have machinery that is out of order and need the spare parts quickly, we highly recommend you use Federal Express, as you can track the goods from the moment they are picked up and have guarantees that the goods will be delivered via express service (1 to 5 days). However, if you are not in a hurry and the value is small, then airmail service offers very economical freight service. In summary;

- Federal Express, fast delivery, good service, expensive
- EMS, fast delivery, medium service, slightly expensive
- Registered Airmail, slow delivery, limited services, economical costs
- Regular Airmail, slow delivery, no services, lowest costs

We are unable to track regular airmail shipments and some shipments to Brazil, Chile, Italy….have taken up to 40 days to be delivered. This is due to your country's postal service so you are in a hurry, please choose quicker service. We cannot be held liable for delays, as freight is totally out of our control. If you need any advice, please do not hesitate to talk with our sales team prior to shipment.

Personal Freight Account

Customers may also use their own personal freight account as the shipping method. If you select your own freight company we will not charge you for the cost of shipping the item. Instead you will be charged directly by your freight company on the account used. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct account number is used to avoid delays with your order. Please also choose whether you would like your courier to insure the goods.

Where's my order?

You can monitor the status of your order at any time by logging in and clicking on the "My Account" link. Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your exact location. If you are unable to track your order (not available for regular airmail service), please contact us.

Track Order

When your order is dispatched we will e-mail you with a tracking number (not available for regular airmail service). To track the location of your package after dispatch, please visit the appropriate courier websites listed below;

Tracking is available for all orders shipped via FedEx and EMS and most shipments via registered airmail (depending on your country's postal service).

Insurance

During checkout you will be able to select Postal Insurance for your order. This is an optional extra and covers you if your order goes missing or is damaged in transit. This cover extends to the full purchase price of your order. If Insurance is not selected, you are not covered for any loss of goods or damage in transit.

For example, you have purchased parts value of $5,000usd plus $500usd courier costs, and the cargo has been lost. If you have chosen insurance, we will cover the full loss of $5,500usd.

Please note that if you do not choose insurance, any loss is fully sustained by you. Generally the courier companies offers limited liability with most up to a value of $100usd or the cost of transport only. We do not offer insurance on regular airmail services.

P.O Boxes

We cannot ship orders to a P.O Box as many couriers no longer accept shipments to P.O Boxes. Putting a P.O Box as the shipping address during checkout will result in a delay with your order.

Import Duties and Other Charges

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are not covered in the checkout prices. Fees charged depend on the country of delivery, and must be paid upon receipt of your package. We are currently unable to predict whether or not you will be charged a fee or what that fee might be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
