Gun spike is an action shooting game jointly developed by Capcom and Psikyo, featuring 5 different characters to choose from and fast action in a futuristic battle environment.
Capcom has included 3 of their popular characters in this game while Psikyo has contributed 2 original characters:
Arthur - the armored knight from the Ghouls & Ghosts series;
Cammy - from Street Fighter Zero 3, wearing high-speed roller blades;
Nash - from Street Fighter Zero 3, he also wears a pair of roller blades;
Shiba - a high-speed skateboarder with a special mechanical skateboard;
Simone - a sword fighter with great combat skills, she uses katana blades as weapons.
Each character has 5 different attacks, including long, mid and short range attacks, as well as special attacks. The type of range attack depends on the distance between you and the enemies. The special attacks are created by pressing a combination of buttons.
The game is known as Cannon Spike outside of Japan.
