The 'Black Label' version of Mushihimesama Futari includes a variety of tweaks compared to the original version. Like other Cave 'Black Label' releases, this version is very rare, and was limited to only 150 copies.
The Black Label release includes a new "God Mode" which replaces the "Ultra Mode". There is also a new true last boss that can only be reached by completing God mode without dying. The other main change is to the scoring system with the score system for close range attacks modified, and multipliers in Maniac and God mode carrying across between stages.
