Sanwa JLF-P1-S Mounting Plate is a "S" plate which can turns your JLF joystick into a JLF-TP-8S. It originally comes with the Sanwa joystick model JLF-TP-8S. The JLF-P1-S mounting plate can fit the JLF series of joysticks and standard for most joystick installations.
